Please read this document carefully before using the 1v1 platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out here.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 1v1 platform in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1v1 platform — whether via our website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies listed on the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 1v1's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 1v1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The full name registered must match the name on your identification document and bank account to facilitate the withdrawal process. 1v1 reserves the right to reject or suspend an account if the information provided is found to be false or inconsistent.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1v1 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation. The use of automation software, bots, or any method to access an account unlawfully is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Opening more than one account using different identities
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
- Using the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt platform systems
- Distributing harmful, seditious, or unlawful content
Account Closure & Suspension
1v1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or unlawful use of the platform. In the event of a suspension, any account balance will be held pending the outcome of an investigation. Users who wish to close their own account may submit a request through the account settings section after logging in.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
Official Currency
All transactions on the 1v1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). All amounts displayed in your account are in RM unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Deposit
You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. 1v1 does not accept third-party deposits. The platform is not liable for any delays or failed deposits caused by your bank or a third-party payment service provider.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's standard procedures. All withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the platform account. 1v1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals or transactions deemed suspicious. Any fees charged by the bank are the responsibility of the user.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, including rollover requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. 1v1 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or any attempt to manipulate the promotions system.
4. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
1v1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from their use of this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the actual amount in your account at the time of the incident. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1v1 platform — including logos, brand names, text, graphics, interface designs, software, and code — is the property of 1v1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1v1.

It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 1v1 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
